Richard is a filmmaker and media marketing manager based in the UK. He studied Film and TV Production at ARU in Cambridge and gained a BA Honours Degree. He was then employed by the university to manage the multi camera television studio and as a teaching assistant for various modules on the degree course. Richard then went on to manage the Media Department at Sprowston Community High School and continued to work in both employed and voluntary positions at BBC Radio Norfolk and BBC Voices in Norwich, running and managing the Television Studio there.

Richard has also worked in various audio production roles at Star Radio in Cambridge and Portel Music Studios in Norfolk. In 2010 he set up Appletree Media Norwich which produced broadcast documentaries for charities and social services, many of which were aired on Digital TV. He then went on the be Media Content Manager at where he created all media content and branding, as well as managed all the social media marketing.

Richard has also worked as an actor in various short films and has a BTEC NAT Diploma in Performing Arts from The College of West Anglia and qualifications in Business Admin and a NVQ L2 in Youth Work Practices. 


Danny is a filmmaker from and based in Norwich, England and has been making narrative films since 2009, building up experience primarily as a Director but also in other roles including Camera Operator, First Assistant Director, Editor and others on many projects.


He studied two years of Film, Media and Photography at college gaining more experience through working in the visual medium, subsequently studying Film Production in a more formal setting during one year at university - before moving onto the creation of his own projects. Alongside the projects under Brick in the Wall Media Danny has just completed his first feature length production “No More Lights in the Sky” and hopes to get exposure from UK and international film festivals having received Award nominations and wins for his past work.

Phil has worked in senior leadership roles managing multi-million pound budgets, large workforces and delivering transformation. He’s also a start-up fanatic, business mentor, executive coach, business angel and a Non-executive Director for a number of companies. Some years back he taught marketing for the Open Business School too. He brings a wealth of business management experience to a small and energetic team that he loves working with.


Adam is an award winning filmmaker based in Norfolk, England. He has worked on several film projects, including the multi award winning short film ‘Dinner Date’, which was screened on BBC 3’s “The Fear” competition and the upcoming feature films ‘Soldiers of Embers’ and 'No More Lights In The Sky' among others, in a variety of different roles including Producing, Camera Department, Sound Department, Post Production, and more.


Adam has also directed his own short films including the award winning ‘Bwah Bwah’, which was screened at the ACME Comedy Theatre in Los Angeles as part of the Acme Comedy Film Night. Adam has a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance Practices from the University of Chester.
